Could Turtle, Drama, Vince, and boring ol' Eric be headed to the big screen? That appears to be the plan. In a recent interview, exec producer Mark Wahlberg indicated that he thinks the show has two more seasons left in it.
"But then a movie", he said while at the premier of his new film, The Lovely Bones.
An HBO spokesman went on to say, "It's not out of the realm of possibility".
Entourage has been wildly successful for HBO, and rumors of big screen continuations seem to dog every single series they produce. There are still rumors floating around about a potential Sopranos movie, and HBO's historical drama Rome has been gestating for a couple years now. The only film to hop the big screen hurdle was Sex and the City, which went on to gross over $400M worldwide.
