Justin Bieber Biopic??? In 3-D??

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a darn thing about Justin Bieber. Yesterday I saw a car that had "Honk if you Love Justin Bieber"! on it, and I'm going to assume that the kids didn't write it. Somebody's parent allowed it to happen.  He sings or something, right?

Whatever the case may be, Paramount Pictures is keen to get their slice of the Bieber pie(ewww, Bieber Pie) by crafting a deal to produce a 3-D(!!!) biopic of the young, feminine-voiced singer.  And they're on the verge of hiring Oscar winning documentarian, Davis Guggenheim(An Inconvenient Truth) to direct it! You're probably asking yourself the same question I am:

"Dont' you have to have lived in order to have someone make a movie of your life"?

Bieber is 16 years old, and has been famous for exactly a squirt in the hand of time. So what's the hook? Is he an alien from outerspace? Was he secretly a 300lb. homeless African-American kid who found meaning and a new chance at life when a rich caucasian family adopted him? Doubt it.

Paramount's angling to have the film released next year. On February 11th. Just in time for Valentine's Day. Awwwwww.

Chances are this will just be a concert film and not really a standard biopic, but the idea that anybody wants to make a movie about this kid sends a cold chill up my back.
