Now that Osama Bin Laden is living in a pineapple at the bottom of the sea, Kathryn Bigelow's hunt for Bin Laden flick, Kill Bin Laden, has been thrust into the spotlight, especially now that we know the film would follow the special forces team that took the terrorist down. Last we heard she was leaning towards Joel Edgerton(Animal Kingdom
) to star, and now 24 Frames reports he's been confirmed. Mark Boal, who teamed up with Bigelow on The Hurt Locker, is penning the script now with changes to be expected in light of current events. Expect the final firefight to be represented in a big way. As for Edgerton, he had been rumored to be in consideration for the lead in Snow White and the Huntsman, which Universal has been feverishly trying to cast for months. He stepped down from contention in order to be a part of Bigelow's film. So does this mean Chris Hemsworth will move in to the Huntsman role? I'm betting we'll find out in the next few days.
