Dreamworks has released a new trailer for Puss in Boots, featuring the scene stealing Zorro cat from the Shrek flicks. Voiced by Antonio Banderas, the film has been on the books since like 2004 back when the character was at the height of popularity. Now that the Shrek
franchise is over is there any real demand to see this? Chris Miller(Shrek the Third
) directs, which should scare a few people off. Billy Bob Thornton and Amy Sedaris voice Jack & Jill; Salma Hayek is Kitty Softpaws, a love interest for Puss; and Zach Galifianakis is Humpty Dumpty. The film opens in 3D and IMAX on November 4th.
