Sure Shots: The Avengers; Michael Moore; Kick-Ass 2
* Marvel isn't looking to reinvent the wheel when it comes to the post-Avengers cinematic universe. Marvel President Kevin Feige recently revealed that the upcoming Iron Man 3(directed by Shane Black) would be the beginning of the next phase, which will lead to a whole new team for The Avengers 2. Look for Dr. Strange, the Inhumans, and even Guardians of the Galaxy to be a part of it. Sweet. [IGN]
* I love Michael Moore. Yeah he's controversial, but the guy knows how to use showmanship to draw attention to whatever his current cause is. I always find it funny people who hate him, but sit quietly at the injustices he highlights. With the current Occupy Wall Street protests going on around the world right now, it seems like a perfect chance for Moore to make another film. But in talking to TheWrap, Moore said he is making another movie, but it won't be about Occupy Wall Street. Honestly I think that's a good thing, as his name will only cause those who dislike him to take it out on the movement.
* Kick-Ass 2 is comin'! Or at least news on it is comin'. That's what Chloe Moretz, who played Hit Girl in the violent superhero flick, told MTV. I'll believe it when I see it. Don't expect Matthew Vaughn to return as director, however. Maybe as a producer.
