Ahead of today's release of the full trailer for Prometheus, we're also getting this brief, 1-minute IMAX version and...well, if you're eagerly awaiting this film like so many are then this is pretty amazing stuff. Not only do we get our first bits of dialogue, but also flashes of scenes we've had still images from.
This being little more than a sizzle reel for the IMAX release, the tone is heavily waited towards horror and action, but it also gives a glimpse at the grandiosity of the universe Ridley Scott has created. It feels very much like an Alien movie already, whether Scott wanted it to or not. We also get a lot more of Noomi Rapace and her on-screen lover, Tom Hardy....er, I mean Logan Marshall-Green.
