So Justin Lin may have failed in his attempts to snag Jason Statham for some added muscle to Fast Six(or whatever it'll be called), he's traded up by bringing in someone who could kick The Transporter's ass up and down the block if she wanted to.
THR reports that Haywire star and bad ass MMA chick, Gina Carano, has entered talks to join the street racing heist series. She should fit into the franchise like a glove, which has always emphasized tough and sexy female characters to go along with the bulky dudes. She'll play a member of Dwayne Johnson's team of federal agents, still on the hunt to capture Vin Diesel and Paul Walker. I'm guessing Carano will at some point go toe-to-toe with a certain returning, female cast member that I certainly won't spoil here. If you saw Fast Five you know who I'm referring to.
Fast Six should get into gear this summer and roll into theaters on May 24th 2013.
