War Machine is cooler than Iron Man. There, I said it. It's true, too. It's true in the comics and is definitely true in the movies, especially since Don Cheadle donned the armor. He doesn't have Iron Man's technology or genius, but kicks just as much ass through sheer toughness. With it looking like Tony Stark is going to spend most of Iron Man 3 getting pummeled, War Machine is probably going to take on an expanded role in his slick new armor.
A new poster shows off the new Iron Patriot duds that James "Rhodey" Rhodes will be sporting in the upcoming superhero flick. We know he'll assist in taking down the threat of the Mandarin (Ben Kingsley), who has a personal score to settle that puts everyone in Iron Man's life in danger.
Supporting characters don't typically get their own poster unless it's part of a series, so don't be surprised if a new one drops later. Iron Man 3 hits theaters on May 3rd.
