It looks like Michael Bay and Jonathan Liebesman are banking on Megan Fox and the Ninja Turtles brand recognition to be all the star power needed for their upcoming film. With Fox and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire's Alan Ritchson on board, Deadline reports the rest of the cast has been filled out by unknowns.
Pete Ploszek (Parks & Recreation) will unsheathe a pair of katana as team leader, Leonardo; newcomer Jeremy Howard is the brainy, bo staff-wielding Donatello; and Noel Fisher rejoins his Battle: Los Angeles director as fun-loving Michaelangelo. What, no Splinter?
Ninja Turtles hits theaters on May 20th 2014.
