Rogen and Rose Byrne play a happily married suburban couple who get more than they bargained for when a fraternity moves in and disrupts the neighborhood with their wild parties and juvenile antics. Rather than working it out, a war for supremacy erupts that pushes both sides past the boundaries of decency, and only seems to keep escalating. It's good to see Efron playing someone with a bit more edge, but Rogen and Byrne's failed attempts to keep it cool remain a highlight for me. Looking forward to this one big time.
