A cast of fresh-faced unknowns led by Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Daryl Sabara and Kirby Bliss Blanton play students who crash land in the Amazon and are taken hostage by the very tribe they came to help. It isn't long before they find out no good deed goes unpunished, and if there's a director good at depicting cruel punishment on screen it's the guy behind the Hostel flicks. There's a bit more plot in this trailer, but really this one isn't too hard to figure out.
