Get the Full 'Interstellar' Story in New Companion Comic Book
The plot of Christopher Nolan's Insterstellar has been causing some pretty heated debates, which is probably exactly what he and Jonathan Nolan wanted. One of the biggest points of contention has to do with the arrival of *SPOILERS* Matt Damon's character, Dr. Mann, who basically becomes the antagonist of the piece. Now I would argue the film didn't really need such a character, and that has reason for existing was woefully explained. And perhaps Nolan recognized that, too, because Dr. Mann's story has been fleshed out in the form of a new comic.
The latest issue of Wired features a companion comic book from Nolan and artist Sean Gordon Murphy that goes into what Dr. Mann was doing while waiting to be rescued. You can check out the comic in its entirety right here.
