That's what Nicolas Winding Refn had to say in the upcoming film, My Life Directed, a documentary which chronicles his struggles directing Only God Forgives. Hey dude, I sat through it and I don't know what that sh*t was about either! But the documentary, which was directed by Refn's wife Liv Corfixen, promises a revealing look at the pressure he felt after the critical success of Drive. Here's the official synopsis:
In MY LIFE DIRECTED BY NICOLAS WINDING REFN, Refn’s own deep conflict is swinging in the breeze as we witness him wrestle with the particularly challenging production of ONLY GOD FORGIVES.
