I admit it, sometimes I get Jessica Chastain and Bryce Dallas Howard mixed up. They're arguably my two favorite gingers (Brittany Snow is up there too), and they're both tremendous actresses, but damned if they don't look a lot alike and have a similar acting style. And apparently, I'm not the only one who makes that mistake as Youtube user "legolambs" has come up with 'Jessica Chastain: The Musical', in which Howard laments always getting confused with Chastain.
Granted, Chastain gets all of the accolades, but did Lars von Trier ask her to star in his Danish soundstage-set slavery drama, Manderlay? No, he didn't. He asked Howard. So there.
It'd be great if these two did a movie together someday, we'd never be able to tell them apart. Oh wait, they did in The Help, and Chastain had that big ridiculous blond hair. Plus, Howard gets all of the blockbuster stuff, whether it's Spider-Man 3, The Twilight Saga, or this week's Jurassic World. Thanks to my Chastain-obsessed pal Lauren Bradshaw for making me aware of this.
