While there have already been set photos snapped of Bruce Willis on the set of Woody Allen's next movie, apparently things have turned around pretty quick. Deadline reports Willis has suddenly dropped out of the film which stars Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, Anna Camp, Paul Schneider, Jeannie Berlin, Corey Stoll, Ken Stott, Anna Camp, and Parker Posey.
The reason for Willis' sudden departure is his Broadway role in an adaptation of Stephen King's Misery. It's Willis' stage debut and the schedule has caused a conflict that couldn't be sorted out. Opening night is set for November 15th.
Willis' role in Allen's film will be recast and production will push ahead without any delays. It's not like Allen will have trouble finding someone of equal stature to fill the role.
