While Catherine Hardwicke's Miss You Already deals with cancer, chemotherapy, pregnancy problems, and other issues usually reserved for more serious dramas, the tone of this trailer is decidedly upbeat. It's a difficult balance between sadness and joy she seems to be walking, but stars Drew Barrymore and Toni Collette seem to be up for the challenge of depicting two life-long friends coping with those difficult issues.
