'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Character Posters Are Missing Someone Important

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is only a little over a month away, and while there won't be more trailers (supposedly), we can count on other promos aplenty. Lucasfilm and Disney have revealed a handful of character posters highlighting Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, John Boyega as Finn, Daisy Ridley as Rey, and Adam Driver's evil Kylo Ren.

A couple of things worth noting; once again we see Finn sporting his own lightsaber, suggesting that he will become a Jedi or at least is Force-sensitive in some way. Just how far that will go remains a big mystery. But that's nothing compared to the mysterious absence of Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, who is once again left out of the marketing hype. There are enough rumors swirling around about that, and I'll let you decide whether to believe them or not.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens December 18th.
