We're happy to offer our DC readers a chance to attend a free advance screening of the new faith-based drama, Miracles from Heaven, starring Jennifer Garner and Queen Latifah. The film is directed by Patricia Riggen (The 33), and is based on the incredible true story of the Beam family. When Christy (Garner) discovers her 10-year-old daughter Anna (Kylie Rogers) has a rare, incurable disease, she becomes a ferocious advocate for her daughter's healing as she searches for a solution. After Anna has a freak accident, an extraordinary miracle unfolds in the wake of her dramatic rescue that leaves medical specialists mystified, her family restored and their community inspired.
The screening takes place on Wednesday, March 9th at 7:00pm at AMC Mazza Gallerie. If you'd like to attend, simply go to Sony's ticketing site here and download one Admit-Two pass. Please remember that having passes does not guarantee entry as all screenings are first come, first served.
