Jason Schwartzman, Emily Browning, And More Starring In Alex Ross Perry's 'Golden Exits'
Alex Ross Perry established indie cred with Listen Up Philip and the terrific Queen of Earth may have helped him land a high-profile gig directing Disney's live-action Winnie the Pooh, but he isn't straying far from his established roots. Deadline has revealed the cast for Perry's next film, the ensemble Golden Exits, and it's the starriest bunch he's assembled yet.
Emily Browning, Adam Horovitz, Mary Louise Parker, Lily Rabe, Jason Schwartzman, Chloe Sevigny and Analeigh Tipton will star in the film described as “an intersectional narrative of two families in Brooklyn and the unraveling of unspoken unhappiness that occurs when a young foreign girl spending time abroad upsets the balance on both sides.” So another chance for more of Perry's scathing dialogue it sounds like.
The film has actually been shooting for a while and will wrap this week, which means we shouldn't have to wait long to see it. Maybe late this year or at Sundance in 2017? Fingers crossed.
