Late last year Scarlett Johansson quietly signed on to the R-rated raunchy comedy, Move that Body, a film that came with some decent buzz since the screenplay had just emerged on the Black List. Not much has been heard about it since, and while there still isn't a director attached, Johansson will be surrounded by a cast of awfully funny ladies.
Kate McKinnon (Ghostbusters), Zoe Kravitz (Dope), Jillian Bell (The Night Before), and Illana Glazer have joined Johansson in the film. Glazer's addition shouldn't be surprising as the film was written by Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello , who have worked with her on Comedy Central's Broad City.The title, which is being changed to Rock that Body apparently, is a little misleading. Basically it's not a movie about a bunch of hot women dancing the night away. The story centers on five friends renting a beach house in Miami for a bachelorette party, only to accidentally kill a male stripper. So guess what they have to do? Move the body, of course. It's been described as The Hangover meets Weekend at Bernie's for a reason. [THR/Variety]
