Christian Bale is my new hero. No, not because he's a super talented actor heading up two of the biggest movie franchises in cinema history. But because he can launch such a perfect verbal barrage at a lowly director of photography for simply walking through his sight line. Just listening to it, you can tell Bale is well practiced in the art of tearing down those beneath him. His curses are dead-on. There's a well timed lull somewhere in the middle, giving the object of his wrath the impression that things have calmed, only to ratchet it up to an even higher level near the end, almost resulting in the DP probably gettin' curb stomped by Patrick Bateman.
