I haven't heard much about James McTeigue's(
Ninja Assassin
) The Raven, which stars John Cusack as Edgar Allan Poe in the final days of his life. Poe is in search of a serial killer committing crimes that echo those in the writer's stories. So even though news has been slight, Gawker managed to snag a pic of Cusack as the troubled poet. I gotta say he looks remarkably accurate. But seriously, John, why so sad?
The Raven stars Cusack and Alice Eve(
She's Out of My League
), and is due out some time next year. Shooting is only recently underway.
