Trailer Time: The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe

The transition from Harry Potter into more adult roles is still a work in progress for Daniel Radcliffe, but he made the first big move when he signed to star in an adaptation of Susan Hill's The Woman in Black.  James Watkins(The Descent Part 2) is directing, based off on a screenplay by Jane Goldman(Kick-Ass). Radcliffe grows a little bit of an awkward beard and stars as Athur Kipps, a solicitor who runs into ghostly troubles while handling the estate of a recently deceased woman.  A teaser trailer has just been released, and there's not a whole lot to it, only lasting about 45 seconds or so. But I think it does a good job of showing the heavy mood of the film. Unfortunately no lightning bolt tattoos on his forehead, but we'll just have to get used to seeing him without it.

The Woman in Black hits theaters in the UK in February 2012, but no US date has been secured just yet.
