Trailer Time: Like Crazy, starring Anton Yelchin and Felicity Jones

2011 must be the year of the long distance relationship. Going the Distance might've tried to paint a glossy(although very realistic at times) face on what is often a stressful, impossible situation, Like Crazy is clearly shooting less for comedic effect and aiming to tug at your heartstrings. The film, from director Drake Doremus, was arguably the hottest to come out of Sundance, earning a Grand Jury prize for Dramatic Film. It's two young stars, Anton Yelchin(Alpha Dog) and Felicity Jones(Brideshead Revisited) earned raves as well, with Jones winning the Special Jury Prize for acting.

A new trailer for the film has been released, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm completely in love with it. Part of is it's surreal tone, which is aided by that cover of Can't Help Falling In Love throughout. But what gets me the most is the presentation of love at it's newest and purest, when all seems perfect, knowing that it's about to be put to the ultimate test by a separation of thousands of miles. Looks pretty tough, but I can already sense the chemistry between Yelchin and Jones. Count this on my must-see list for the remainder of the year. It's due to drop on October 28th....

Along with Yelchin and Jones, Jennifer Lawrence, Alex Kingston, and Chris Messina co-star.

PLOT
Yelchin and Jones play Jacob and Anna, college students in Los Angeles who become a couple. Anna is a British exchange student who overstays her visa after it expires on graduation. She returns home to London, and when she flies back to Los Angeles she is turned away by customs officials, throwing the couple into a long-distance relationship.
