Just a couple of days ago we received the first, rather gory image from RZA's chop-socky kung fu flick, The Man with the Iron Fists. Along with it came the promise of the trailer being unveiled some time today. So while we wait for that to drop, RZA has taken to his Twitter account to release the first poster, and it's one gorgeous piece of art with a tagline that is pure Wu-Tang. "You Can't Spell Kung Fu without F and U"? Brilliant, and shows the attitude RZA's going to bring to the genre.
Featuring Russell Crowe, Lucy Liu, Jamie Chung, Dave Bautista, Pam Grier, Rick Yune, and Byron Mann, RZA stars as a blacksmith in feudal China who takes up arms to defend his small village from invaders. If the trailer is half as gorgeous as this poster, which it likely will be since RZA is such a perfectionist, then we're in for a real treat.
