New 'The Dark Knight Rises' trailer emerges!

Where did this come from? Seemingly out of nowhere, Nokia(!?!) has released a new trailer for Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises, and it hints again at what we've already known: Batman is in a world of trouble.

With only a month before the July 20th release of the film, the new trailer features a wealth of new scenes mixed with enhanced footage we've already seen. Not that Warner Brothers has needed to do much of anything to hype the film anymore than they already have, they've done a brilliant job of making each new trailer fresh without giving too much away. That's no small feat, especially in light of how other comic book movies, in particular The Amazing Spider-Man, have little mystery left.

The extent of  Bruce Wayne's presumed defeat at the hands of Bane is much more clear, and he ends up looking like more of a broken man than ever. When Batman reveals later on, "I'm not afraid, I'm angry", it's unclear whether he's being honest or merely trying to convince himself.  As if The Dark Knight Rises needed to seem more epic than it already does, this trailer pumps that up to a ridiculous degree.

The Dark Knight Rises stars Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Juno Temple, and more. Check out the new trailer below....
