And so begins the latest trailer for Fox's new series, Gotham, taking place in the city we all know will one day be protected by Batman and his army of endangered child sidekicks. But before that ever happens the Gotham police force is on their own in battling the growing forces of evil, and the two leading the charge are James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue). Set to the sound of Aloe Blacc's track "Ticking Bomb" (everybody's using this song lately), the trailer show Gordon investigating a crime scene while Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor), Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) and Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) watch.
Also starring David Mazouz as young Bruce Wayne and Sean Pertwee as Alfred, Gotham premieres on September 22nd.
