We've already seen a glimpse of Bruce Wayne's Batmobile in the same black & white image that gave our first look at Ben Affleck as Batman, while Zack Snyder has teased the vehicle's new style. But now a couple of eagle-eyed viewers have snagged the best photos of the Batmobile yet, and it's unlike any version of the Dark Knight's ride that we've ever seen.
Batman News and Instagram user amacro13 have revealed two separate photos of the Batmobile during the Detroit filming of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. There's apparently a big car chase sequence shooting this week and it looks like the Batmobile is going to be a big part of it. Can it possible hold up to the amazing chase scene in The Dark Knight? That's a tall order for Snyder to reach but we'll see. The vehicle itself is different from the Tumbler and it has enough parts that it could be able to switch into different modes.
In essence it's a beastly, rugged ride for a Batman that has been in the crime-fighting game for decades. Makes perfect sense. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25th 2016 with Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Gal Gadot, Laurence Fishburne, and Jeremy Irons starring.
