Bruce Willis to Star in Lame-Sounding Action Flick 'Extraction'

When was the last time Bruce Willis seemed motivated by one of his movies? Looper? The rest of the time it's been either an endless run of bad B-movie action flicks or A Good Day to Die Hard which might as well have been a B-movie. Let's face it, he's phoning it in at this point, and now he's signed on for another lame-sounding actioner.

Willis has agreed to star in Extraction, an action thriller directed by some guy named Steven C. Miller and is set to begin filming next month. Not that Willis will need a lot of prep time to play "a former CIA operative who hasn’t been the same since his wife was murdered. His son is a fresh young CIA operative following in his footsteps and with his father they are working on the development of a super-weapon called the Condor, when dad is kidnapped by a terrorist group. Learning that there is no plan for his father to be saved, Harry launches his own rescue operation. It leads to a conspiracy that will change his life forever."

Sounds like Willis barely has a role here, but is probably getting a full pay day out of it. Can't argue with that. [Deadline]
