New Trailer for 'Clouds of Sils Maria' Starring Juliette Binoche and Kristen Stewart

If you're looking for a reason why Kristen Stewart just got a "Razzie Redeemer" award nomination this morning rather than your typical Razzie dishonor, look no further than Clouds of Sils Maria. She stars opposite Juliette Binoche in the All About Eve-esque drama directed by Olivier Assayas, and the two share nearly every scene together. Stewart gives as good as she gets, and you can see a little bit of that in the new U.S. trailer for it.

Binoche plays a world renowned actress who is asked by an old friend to star in a revival of the play that made her famous two decades earlier. Only now she has to take on the much older older, with the character she played going to a young and self-involved actress played by Chloe Grace Moretz. This leads Binoche's character to explore her own career, getting older, and more while Stewart, who plays her assistant and best friend, deals with the fallout. Beautifully shot but oddly edited, it's a film that I still enjoyed last year for being a complex and often humorous look at the celebrity culture.

Clouds of Sils Maria opens April 10th.
