Christian Doesn't Do Romance in New 'Fifty Shades of Grey' Clips

We know that on-screen chemistry is crucial to the success of any romance film, but would Fifty Shades of Grey fall into the category of a traditional romance? Not exactly, and since it seems to mostly be about pushing bawdy boundaries maybe the lack of chemistry between Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson won't be a big deal? The first clip from the anticipated film saw Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey trading lousy double entendres in a hardware store, and now two new scenes have arrived that show different phases of their relationship.

Not that we've gotten to the risque stuff the book's millions of avid fans are waiting for and outsiders are curious about. One clip features the first encounter between Ana and Christian, when he first begins sizing her up as a potential partner in his illicit activities. The second shows Christian's possessive side, a hint of Ana's submissive side, and his admission that he "doesn't do romance". No kidding.

Fifty Shades of Grey opens February 13th.
