Next month Kate Winslet will be tightening up her corset and donning a garish outfit for the period comedy, A Little Chaos. Directed by and co-starring Alan Rickman, his first time behind the camera since 1997's The Winter Guest, the film tells the fanciful tale of an unconventional landscape artist and a rival architect as they design the garden for Louis XIV's Palace of Versailles.
This kind of thing usually isn't going to be everybody's bag, but it's hard to deny Winslet when she's in this kind of period setting. Plus the supporting cast of Rickman, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Stanley Tucci are pretty great, too. A Little Chaos opens stateside on March 27th.
