See the Jokes that Caused Native Americans to Jet Adam Sandler's 'Ridiculous 6'

After a dozen Native American actors walked off the set of Adam Sandler's Ridiculous 6 claiming the film was offensive, Netflix came out and defended it. They called it "broad satire", and while that may have been the aim it's never really been Sandler's strength. Satire requires a level of intelligence his movies generally don't have. Defamer has gotten their hands on a version of the script, and judging by the crude and woefully unfunny jokes in it, Sandler still doesn't do satire well.

Now, this version of the script is from 2012 (yeah, it's been around that long) so some things might have changed. They might have gotten better, for instance, but since paid actors decided it was better to leave than be a party to Sandler's madness then probably not. One of the main scenes complained about was of a Native American woman peeing while smoking a pipe.

They also took offense to a scene involving a character named *sigh* "Beaver's Breath"....

These Are the Jokes That Caused Actors To Walk Off Adam Sandler's Set
That's only the tip of the iceberg, too, so go check out the rest for yourself. Just be warned your IQ will probably dip a couple of points.

Look, we all know that Sandler and his writing pal Tim Herlihy do this kind of thing all the time. Nobody goes to one of their movies expecting sensitivity and enlightenment, but surely somebody at Netflix saw this screenplay and thought "Wow this is some hot garbage right here". Maybe we'd be better off putting the blame on Netflix rather than Sandler who is just doing what he's always done.
