This strange little story imagines that God exists and is living in Brussels. Okay, that's cool, but he's also kind of a jackass and uses his powers cooking up petty rules like making sure the phone rings as soon as you get in the bathtub. What a dick!
The film has been nominated for a Golden Globe and may be selected as a finalist for an Oscar in the Best Foreign Film category so despite its oddball premise critics have really taken a liking to it. Here's the official synopsis:
