When Zack Snyder was revealed to be appearing on 'Conan' tonight, the hope was that he'd be bringing some superpowered gifts. Some hoped he'd bring the cast of Justice League which, come on, that was always wishful thinking. The more realistic hope was for new footage from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and that's exactly what we got.
The first clip from the superhero film is sortof new, as it's taken from the fight between Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) that seems to be the centerpiece. Based on this it doesn't look like Bats did much damage to the Kyryptonian at all, which is why he asks, "Do you bleed"? Think Supes answered that question? Nah, he threw some shade and jetted.
Meanwhile, there's a rumor going around that maybe Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) and Doomsday aren't the only villains to be introduced, which sounds like overkill given all that is going on. If true, this would be a huge SPOILER not only for 'Batman v Superman' but for Justice League, so turn back now if you don't want to know!
All speculation, but it makes some sense. The bigger problem is that 'Batman v Superman', which opens on March 25th, is beginning to sound like a total clusterbomb of characters and plotlines.
