'Captain America: Civil War' Gets Political In New WHIH Viral Video

Remember when Marvel had their series of "Marvel One-Shot" short films which bridged their big screen features? They were pretty cool, with some featuring Agent Coulson, another that followed-up on The Avengers, and even one centering on Trevor Slattery (Ben Kingsley), the imprisoned con artist who masqueraded as the Mandarin. They haven't really done one of those shorts in a while, but it looks like these WHIH news segments are meant to take their place.

A third WHIH Newsfront video has been released for the run-up to Captain America: Civil War, and once again it explores a different facet of the core conflict between Iron Man and Captain America. This time reporter Christine Everhart (Leslie Bibb) and Will Adams (Al Madrigal) look at the White House response to the devastation that has followed in the Avengers' wake. Saving the world is pretty expensive, as it turns out, and the cost has become a political issue that the President has to deal with. And be sure to watch the ticker at the bottom for brief tie-ins to Agents of SHIELD and Ant-Man.

Captain America: Civil War opens May 6th.
