Fathom Events is getting in to the classified information business, and it may be the coolest thing they've done yet. As nations all around continue to scramble to get their hands on Edward Snowden, you'll be able to participate in a Q&A with him live after attending a premiere screening of Oliver Stone's new film, Snowden.
A special premiere screening of Snowden will be held by Fathom Events on Wednesday, September 14th. at 7:30pmEST, tape delayed for those on the west coast. It will be followed by a 45-minute Q&A with Snowden and Stone live via satellite from Moscow where the (in)famous whistleblower is still holed up.
Snowden is looking like a major fall season film and a possible awards contender. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as Snowden, regarded as either a hero or traitor for leaking classified NSA information on the government's warrantless wiretapping program. He's joined by Shailene Woodley, Melissa Leo, Scott Eastwood, Nicolas Cage, Zachary Quinto, Rhys Ifans, Keith Stanfield, Tom Wilkinson, and Logan Marshall-Green.
