Check Out Vanity Fair's Gorgeous 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Cover Shots
If there's a new Star Wars movie coming out, there's also going to be an accompanying photo spread on Vanity Fair, shot by the legendary Annie Liebowitz. And with this being the 40th anniversary of Star Wars you can bet this is going to be an extra special feature issue, but for now here's a preview with a few gorgeous shots of Star Wars: The Last Jedi's cast.
One cover features Daisy Ridley's Rey and Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker; another features returning villains Captain Phasma, with Gwendoline Christie looking really upset about her lack of screen time in The Force Awakens, Adam Driver as a scarred Kylo Ren, and Domhnall Gleeson as General Hux. Good guys get the spotlight with John Boyega's Finn, Oscar Isaac's Poe Dameron, and newcomer Kelly Marie Tran as Rose Tico, who really got her big coming out party during Star Wars Celebration. Finally, there's a bittersweet image of the late Carrie Fisher as General Leia, who sadly won't be seen at all in Star Wars: Episode IX.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens December 15th.
