It must be toy day here at The Punch Drunk Critics! Thanks to JoBlo.com we have this very clear look at how Krueger will appear in the reboot of the 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' franchise thanks to a toy preview. I'm very interested to see how people will take this change. On one hand it is realistic as hell, I mean if someone was murdered by being burned to death this is probably what they would look like after. On the other hand you have the purists that know one of the best things about Freddy was his personality and the way he expressed himself, which could be harder without a face. I think this may work if they are taking the franchise's villian in a wholly different direction but if they try for the same old Freddy with this face they are gonna have some very disappointed purists. What do you guys think? Upgrade or downgrade?
