The only reason I'm even posting about this is because the premise is so damn intriguing. Dreamworks has bought up the rights to Michael Besman's comedy, Wife vs. Ninja. The story involves a Long Island housewife who discovers that the woman her husband is cheating on her with is actually a ninja. The idea alone is full of potential.
Add to that, Michael Besman's previous credits which have mainly been as a producer on some films I really enjoyed, such as About Schmidt and Seven Years in Tibet. Besman will script and produce the film, but no word on who will be behind the camera just yet.
