2, the sequel to last year's surprise smash. Paranormal Activity's creator and original director, Oren Peli, remains on board to produce alongside Akiva Goldsman, based on a script by Michael Perry.Williams hasn't been heard of on the national scene, at least not by me, since his 2004 film The Door in the Floor. That film was on my top 10 list for that year, and featured Kim Basinger alongside this year's Best Actor winner Jeff Bridges. It's a remarkably poignant film. I'll be very curious to see what he brings to the table for a story like this.
