1st look at Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark in Captain America: The First Avenger

We've been getting a ton of new stuff from Captain America: The First Avenger lately, all as part of the build-up to the trailer which we should see if not today then definitely tomorrow. This doesn't exactly fit into the hype for the film so much as it's just a cool look at a character we've seen precious little of. That'd be Dominic Cooper(An Education) as Howard Stark, the wealthy industrialist father of Tony "Iron Man" Stark, who plays a key role in the development of Steve Rogers into the patriotic superhero.

The image comes from Captain America: First Vengeance, a tie-in comic produced by Marvel Comics.  July 22nd is the date we can expect the film to hit theaters. Check out the image below, courtesy of our friends at Comicbookmovie!

In 1942, Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) is deemed physically unfit to enlist in the U.S. Army and fight the Nazis in World War II. Volunteering instead for Project: Rebirth, a secret military operation, he is physically transformed into a super-soldier dubbed Captain America. With sidekick Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), he fights the Red Skull (Hugo Weaving), Hitler's treacherous head of advanced weaponry, whose own plan for world domination involves a seemingly magical object known as the Tesseract.
