You might not have heard of it, but Idris Elba(The Wire, Obsessed) is producing a Brit horror film about a group of high school friends who make a suicide pact after one of their own kills herself. Announced back in March, the film was titled Suicide Kids, and involves a serial killer targeting each of those who took the pact. You'd think they'd just sit back let themselves get murdered, right? Seems logical to me, anyway.
The film now has a new title which I think is too generic to be convincing: Demons Never Die. Written and directed by Arjun Rose and featuring a cast you've likely never heard of, the film is now slated to hit theaters across the pond on October 28th. With Elba's muscle behind it, I wouldn't be surprised at a limited run here in the States, but it'll more likely end up on Netflix. Check out the brief teaser for the film, introducing us to "Kenny"....[Shocktilyoudrop]
