The film follows a fan of the original film, who decides to improve upon the human centipede process by chaining 12 people together instead of three. There's some stuff in there about how sexually disturbed this guy is(masturbating with sandpaper for instance), which might be even more vomit inducing than his entire experiment. I typically hate "meta" movies like this, because if done right they take you too far outside of the story to care about what happens(hello Scream 4), so let's see if Six can pull this off without a hitch.
The Human Centipede 2(Full Sequence) will open in theaters on October 7th. If you're not about to eat lunch or anything, see if you can stomach the new trailer....
