* Ken Foree, an actor who has worked with Rob Zombie previously on both The Devil's Rejects and Halloween, has joined the director's upcoming horror, The Lords of Salem. He'll play a member of the Big H Radio team(led by Sherri Moon Zombie), who help initiate the return of an ancient coven of witches into the modern world.
* Y'know what's sexier than a Bond Girl? The Bond villainess. Xenia Onatopp? Pussy Galore? Gimme all that, son. With Bond 23 soon to get rolling, and the plot still pretty much a mystery, word comes from Twitch that an Asian female is being sought to play another in a long line of killer Bond ladies. Shu Qi(The Transporter), Li Bingbing(Snow Flower and the Secret Fan), Tang Wei(Lust Caution), Josie Ho(Contagion), and Fan Bingbing are said to be the leading contenders. Whoever gets it will join Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Javier Bardem, Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishasw, Helen McCrory, and Berenice Marlohe.
* Another friggin' Navy Seal movie? Yeah, but this one sounds pretty damn good. Christopher McQuarrie(The Usual Suspects) will write and direct Rubicon, a Seven Samurai-esque film about a team of Navy Seals taking on Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban. The idea was conceived by Mark Long and Dan Capel(a founder of Seal Team 6), and planned as a film, video game, and comic book.
