As Sharlto Copley helps put the finishing touches on Elysium, the second sci-fi film from District 9's Neill Blomkamp, it's easy to forget that he has another genre effort headed our way this year. The Europa Report has remained under the radar, sporting a cast that includes Michael Nyqvist(The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Daniel Wu, and Anamarina Marinca(4 Months 3 Weeks and 2 Days). Directed by Sebastian Cordero(Cronicas), the film follows an international team of astronauts sent on a mission to the frigid surface of Jupiter's fourth moon.
Entertainment Weekly(via ComingSoon) has revealed the first image of the film, showing Copley appearing to be on a space walk. Or showing how big of a fish he caught one weekend. Yeah, it's a pretty crappy shot, but what the heck, the film could be good. Right?
