After last night's awesome TV spot for G.I. Joe: Retaliation, this image from the action packed sequel may be a bit of a downer. It shows Dwayne Johnson looking mean and muscular as Roadblock, holding what must be a pretty tense meeting alongside the original joe, General Joseph Colton, played by a rather frail looking Bruce Willis. And since I'd know those headlights anywhere, that's clearly Adrienne Palicki as Lady Jaye. One thing we haven't seen much of in the trailers, TV spots, or images? Channing Tatum as Duke. It's almost like he's been shunted off the the background even though he's one of the few to re-enlist.
G.I. Joe: Retaliation also stars Rza, Ray Park, Lee Byung-hun, Ray Stevenson, DJ Cotrona, Elodie Yung, and Joseph Mazzello. Jon Chu is directing, with the film set to storm theaters on June 29th.
