Trailer Time: 'Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Super Hero War', featuring 200+ heroes!

And you thought we had it good with The Avengers? You thought that was a major event? Japan is getting their own superhero jam later this year with Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen. Yeah, that's a big title, but it's appropriate considering what's in store. The film features more than 200 members of the Kamen Rider and Super Sentai teams from the past, present, and future. Super Sentai is best known as the inspiration for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, which I was surprised to learn is STILL being broadcast here for some reason.

The story has both teams joining forces to face a threat bigger than them, essentially. Sound familiar?  Opening in Japan on April 21st, and directed by Osamu Kaneda, a new 90-second trailer has been released showing off the massive cast. All in all there are over 485 characters that do battle at some point. Holy cats! It's funny how a bunch of dudes in ridiculous costumes can be so much cooler in the original Japanese...
