New poster for Neil Jordan's vampire flick, 'Byzantium'!

"Irresistible. Immoral. Immortal". Yep, I'd say that describes the vast majority of movie vampires, which is why they continue to be so fascinating. Well, the ones that don't glitter remain fascinating, anyway. Vampire movies have changed a lot since Neil Jordan made them hot twenty years in Interview with the Vampire, but he may be on the verge of making them sexy and dangerous yet again.

A new sales poster for Byzantium has been released, and it hints at a dark and sultry film featuring two beautiful leads in Gemma Arterton(Tamara Drewe) and Saoirse Ronan(Hanna). The story follows Clara and Eleanor, a "mother and daughter" pair of vampires fleeing from an unknown threat. Settling down at the guesthouse of a shy man named Noel, their lives are put in jeopardy by the relationships they forge and the catching up of the dangerous past they were trying to escape.

Sam Riley, Jonny Lee Miller, and Caleb Landry Jones co-star.
