Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken circling 'Last Vegas' with Michael Douglas

With yesterday's news that Michael Douglas would be joining Last Vegas for director, Jon Turteltaub, today comes word that he may have a pretty excellent pair of old guys to party with. Vulture reports that Robert De Niro is in talks to join the comedy, with Christopher Walken in their sights as well.

The story doesn't sound all that great, following a group of old friend who head to Las Vegas for a bachelor party celebrating the last of them to get hitched. Douglas plays the guy on the verge of marrying a woman half his age, but he starts feuding with De Niro's character over a woman they both loved when they were teenagers. The script comes from Dan Fogelman(Crazy Stupid Love) with rewrites by Alan Yang and Adam Brooks.

That's one hell of a threesome, and might make me a loser on my recent bet that Alan Arkin would end up part of the cast. There's still time, as filming begins in September.
